PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

This list of duties and responsibilities is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities as management may deem necessary from time to time. Greeting Customers in person and on phone calls scheduling service appointments and receiving vehicle information assisting customers within store layout Listening to customer's description of symptoms and Identifies RV problems and services Assist Parts department customers and counter clerk as needed Service Writing & Advising Check customers in upon scheduled service arrival Scheduling service appointments and receiving vehicle information Building estimates by costing materials, supplies, and labor; calculating customer's payment, including deductibles Make sure Parts are ready for (RO's) Prepares repair orders (RO) Handles customer complaints and maintains high customer satisfaction standards Checks on the progress of the vehicle during servicing and contacts the customer as needed to keep them up to date with their RV's status Post Payments

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

Demonstrated excellent oral and written communications skills, along with excellent interpersonal skills Solid communication skills Ability to work on a full-time schedule Ability to multi task in a fast-paced environment Ability to work independently as well as on a team Self-motivated and able to work under minimal supervision

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent

License or Certifications:

Valid Drivers License Years of Experience:

A minimum of one year customer service experience preferred in RV or Automotive Dealership environment.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Requires continuous visual ability for use of computer, files and reports. Requires stooping, bending and lifting No more than 50lbs Inside Customer Service Counter and Desk, some Shop and Outside as needed.
