Maintain precise data entry by recording customer interactions, updating records, and managing information efficiently using computer skills. Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette by listening actively, asking relevant questions, and providing clear guidance or solutions. Assist customers with inquiries related to medical services, appointments, billing, or general information while maintaining high standards of customer service. Analyze caller needs quickly and escalate complex issues appropriately to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction. Experience Proven experience in a customer service role within a call center environment or office setting. Strong communication skills in English; bilingual proficiency is highly desirable to serve diverse populations effectively. Familiarity with medical terminology and healthcare processes to confidently handle health-related inquiries. Demonstrated computer skills including data entry, record management, and navigating multiple software platforms efficiently. Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to remain calm, professional, and empathetic during all interactions. Ability to analyze situations swiftly, prioritize tasks effectively, and provide accurate information under pressure.
