Customer Service/Sales Representative

Duties Engage with prospective and existing clients through outbound cold calling and in-person visits to generate new leads and expand territory sales. Conduct product demos and presentations to showcase features and benefits to potential clients Build strong relationships with clients by providing excellent client experience, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions. Negotiate terms and close sales deals efficiently while upselling additional products or services to maximize revenue. Collaborate with marketing teams to implement targeted campaigns that support business development efforts. Requirements Proven experience in outside sales, or technical sales is preferred. Strong management skills with the ability to handle territory management and account management responsibilities effectively. Excellent negotiation skills combined with analysis skills to assess client needs and close deals successfully. Demonstrated ability in client service, retail sales, or inside sales environments with a focus on direct sales strategies such as cold calling. Knowledge of marketing principles and technology sales is a plus; experience in product demos and upselling techniques is highly desirable. Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities within a fast-paced setting.
