Job Description

Respiratory Therapist - Sub Acute / Post Acute Division | Charlotte, Albemarle, Huntersville PEL/VIP is expanding its Post Acute and Sub Acute Division and is seeking a dedicated Respiratory Therapist (CRT or RRT) for a full‑time weekday role serving Skilled Nursing Facilities across Charlotte, Albemarle, and Huntersville. This opportunity is ideal for a clinically strong Respiratory Therapist who values autonomy, daytime hours, and meaningful patient impact. Position Overview The Respiratory Therapist will provide on‑site respiratory assessments and monitoring for post‑hospitalization patients residing in Skilled Nursing Facilities. This role focuses on early identification of changes in patient condition, timely intervention, and strong collaboration with facility teams to help reduce avoidable hospital readmissions.
