This role is client-facing and phone-intensive, serving as the primary point of contact for customers. Limited assistance in bindery and packaging may be required on an as-needed basis to support workflow during peak periods. Key Responsibilities Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, orders, quotes, and timelines Manage inbound and outbound phone calls with customers Manage walk-in customer traffic for order intake and order pickup Communicate clearly with customers regarding proofs, revisions, pricing, and turnaround times Enter and maintain order details in job management and CRM systems Coordinate with production and prepress teams to ensure customer expectations are met Resolve customer issues professionally and in a timely manner Provide occasional assistance with basic bindery or packaging tasks during peak demand Qualifications Prior experience in customer service or client-facing roles required Strong verbal communication and phone skills High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple customer requests Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Basic computer proficiency Ability to assist with light production tasks when needed Preferred Skills Print Industry or graphic services experience is a plus Bilingual (Spanish) skills a plus (not required) Familiarity with print terminology and workflows Experience with CRM or print management systems Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Benefits package including cash bonus incentives Training provided Growth opportunities within customer service or account management
