• Job Overview:

• We are seeking a skilled Service Advisor to join our team. The Service Advisor will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, coordinating vehicle maintenance and repairs, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Duties:

• Communicate with customers to understand their vehicle issues and service needs
• Provide accurate estimates for repairs and maintenance services
• Schedule service appointments and follow up with customers on the status of their vehicles
• Liaise between customers and service technicians to ensure clear communication
• Upsell additional services or products as needed
• Transmit work orders to the service technicians promptly
• Suspend work on vehicles if additional approvals are required
• Ensure all completed work aligns with quality standards
• Assist in automotive diagnostics and diesel engine repair as necessary
• Provide service writing support when needed

• Requirements:

• Previous experience in auto service management or a related field
• Strong knowledge of automotive diagnostics and repair processes
• Familiarity with air brake systems is a plus
• Ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical customers
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to upsell services or products
