Job Description

We are a small business located in the state of North Carolina. Our team enjoys the perks of the warm weather but we understand how quickly that can change. Just like the weather changes, so do our customers' needs. We are on a mission to redefine excellence in our customer support, sales and client account teams by putting our focus into service solutions that make sense for our customers. We are looking for a Customer Service Associate who shares our passion for outstanding service and is interested in learning more about our customers. Our Customer Service Associate role involves problem-solving telecommunication products and service coverage, building relationships and enrolling retail customers, and assisting customers in processing their sales. About the
Customer Service Associate Role:
As a Customer Service Associate, you'll be the go-to expert for customers navigating their new tech services and connections. From account updates, to sales orders and troubleshooting, the Customer Service Associates handle it all while leaving customers feeling supported and valued. The Customer Service Associate responsibilities will also include: Generate sales by identifying potential customers and recommending the proper products offered by our that will speed up their new repair service Educate customers on the benefits of our services and help them maximize their retail experience Assist with customer account adjustments and service upgrades to make things easier for customers throughout the entire sales process Collaborate with teams to share insights that enhance overall service quality Consistently meet monthly sales metrics, targets, and acquisitions occurred
Customer Service Associate Skills:
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or similar role with experience (preferred but not required) Loves engaging with people and delivering exceptional service Handles challenges with a positive attitude and attention to detail Has a knack for learning new systems Thrives in a team environment

$50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
