Key Responsibilities :

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner. Provide accurate information regarding products and services. Assist customers with order processing, returns, and exchanges. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions through data entry. Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or feedback. Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes. Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in service delivery.

Qualifications :

Strong communication skills with a focus on phone etiquette. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel; VLOOKUP experience is a plus. Excellent email etiquette and written communication skills. 1+ year experience in customer support or client services is preferred. Excellent typing skills for efficient data entry. Must be available to work overtime, as needed. Must be able to work Monday through Friday, 8am-4:30pm.
