Airline Customer Service Agents — $20/Hour CRJ Aviation LLC | Asheville Regional Airport (AVL) Part-Time | Approximately 25-30 Hours per Week Ready to turn your customer-service skills into an exciting career in aviation? CRJ Aviation LLC is hiring friendly, dependable, and energetic Customer Service Agents to join our team at Asheville Regional Airport. You'll be part of the travel experience from check-in through departure—helping passengers, solving problems, and keeping airport operations moving. No two days are exactly the same, making this a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and thrives in a busy, team-oriented environment. What You'll Do Welcome passengers and provide friendly, professional service Assist with ticketing, check-in, baggage, and travel questions Coordinate passenger boarding and deplaning at the gate Make clear announcements and communicate important flight updates Assist passengers during delays and other unexpected travel situations Resolve concerns calmly, professionally, and efficiently Help create a safe, organized, and positive travel experience What We're Looking For Our strongest Customer Service Agents are dependable, confident communicators who remain calm under pressure and genuinely enjoy helping others. Previous airline experience is helpful but not required.

Applicants must:

Be at least 18 years old Have a high school diploma or GED Possess a valid driver's license Be authorized to work in the United States Have basic computer skills Communicate clearly and professionally Frequently lift up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift, push, or pull up to 100 pounds Pass a post-offer drug screening Pass required background checks, including fingerprinting and criminal-history review Be available for a rotating schedule that may include afternoons, evenings, weekends, split shifts, flight delays, and holidays Why Join Our Team?
