Guest Service Representative- 1st & 2nd shift

Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a positive first impression and guiding them through check-in procedures. Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, answering inquiries promptly and courteously. Handle guest requests and concerns efficiently, demonstrating excellent customer service and problem-solving skills. Maintain accurate reservations, room assignments, and billing information using hotel management software. Assist with night audit procedures when working the third shift, ensuring financial accuracy and reporting. Support guest relations by providing local information, amenities details, and personalized recommendations to enhance their stay. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms and facilities meet high standards of cleanliness and safety. Qualifications Prior experience in hotel management or front desk operations is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for hospitality is essential. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse guest populations effectively. Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and excellent phone etiquette. Knowledge of hotel management systems, multi-line phone systems, and night audit procedures is a plus. Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and patience.
