Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Guest Service Representative working the first and third shifts! In this lively role, you will be the welcoming face of our resort, delivering exceptional guest experiences through friendly service, efficient operations, and attentive guest relations. Your energy and enthusiasm will help create memorable stays for our guests, ensuring they feel valued and cared for from check-in to check-out. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your hospitality management skills while working in a vibrant environment that celebrates teamwork and guest satisfaction. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a positive first impression and guiding them through check-in procedures. Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, answering inquiries promptly and courteously. Handle guest requests and concerns efficiently, demonstrating excellent customer service and problem-solving skills. Maintain accurate reservations, room assignments, and billing information using hotel management software. Assist with night audit procedures when working the third shift, ensuring financial accuracy and reporting. Support guest relations by providing local information, amenities details, and personalized recommendations to enhance their stay. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms and facilities meet high standards of cleanliness and safety. Qualifications Prior experience in hotel management or front desk operations is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for hospitality is essential. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse guest populations effectively. Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and excellent phone etiquette. Knowledge of hotel management systems, multi-line phone systems, and night audit procedures is a plus. Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and patience. Previous experience in resort or hotel environments will help you excel in this role. A genuine passion for hospitality, guest services, and creating memorable experiences.
