Temporary Customer Support Representative

The position entails answering phone and email inquiries, finding a resolution to each inquiry, and documenting the resolution via our help desk software. It is essential that this person is proficient in typing and acts as a strong representation of Sheds Direct when interacting with customers/dealers. You will be answering phone calls and emails from our dealers and customers and then utilizing our team to find resolutions to those inquiries. You will be working 8 am to 5 pm (Mon to Fri) and we rotate Saturday work (9 am to 2 pm). The company is aggressively growing into other states, so this position will allow for continued success and growth within the company. Sheds Direct, Inc. is a fast-growing storage building company.
