Job Description
Description We are seeking a highly motivated Finance Business Partner to support financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and operational analysis in a fast-paced, project-based environment. This is not just a reporting role—this person will partner with operations on a daily basis, working closely with leaders across the business to provide financial insight, support decision-making, and help drive performance. This position is on-site in Greensboro, NC Key Responsibilities
+ Partner with operations and business leaders to provide financial analysis and actionable insights
+ Support monthly revenue recognition and margin analysis across customers, projects, and cost areas
+ Prepare weekly and monthly reporting on key financial and operational metrics, including revenue, P& L, cash flow, AR, WIP, headcount, and utilization
+ Analyze actual results against budget, forecast, and prior year
+ Support annual budgeting and monthly forecasting/reforecasting processes
+ Build and maintain financial models, dashboards, and management reports
+ Ensure data accuracy across ERP and reporting systems
+ Prepare ad hoc analysis for leadership and strategic initiatives Requirements
+ Experience with Oracle NetSuite strongly preferred
+ Experience with Power BI or similar business intelligence/reporting tools preferred
+ Experience in a project-based, professional services, or multi-business-unit environment preferred
+ Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field + 7+ years of FP& A, financial analysis, or finance business partnering experience
+ Strong experience with budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and variance analysis
+ Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
+ Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
+ Outgoing personality with the ability to build relationships and partner effectively with operational stakeholders
