Job Overview This position will assist our current Service Specialist and New Business Specialist with service tasks and new business applications and follow-up. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and customer service. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and a commitment to delivering an exceptional client experience. Duties Process new applications according to company policies and procedures Monitor new business applications through completion, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution Adhere to all established guidelines, compliance requirements, regulations, procedures and resolution of outstanding items Colloborate with internal team and client to gather required information Serve as a back up point of contact for all new business processing inquiries Effectively communicate updates, requirements, and status information to internal team Provide exceptional customer service and support Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail while managing multiple applications and deadlines Qualifications Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Exceptional attention to detail, thoroughness, and accuracy. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities. Excellent prioritization, time management, and organizational skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and general computer applications. Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively as part of a team. Experience with electronic signature and document delivery platforms preferred (e.g., DocuSign, Adobe Sign, or similar systems Join us as a Service and New Business Support Specialist if you're passionate about delivering exceptional service in a vibrant financial environment! Your expertise will help us uphold our commitment to operational excellence while supporting innovative growth initiatives across the organization Preferred Experience Minimum of three (3) years of customer service experience preferred. Experience in financial services, insurance, operations, administration, or new business processing is preferred.
