Automotive Service Writer Location:

Paramount Automotive is looking for a motivated Automotive Service Writer to join our fast-paced, customer-focused dealership team. If you enjoy helping people and have a strong attention to detail, we want to hear from you! Sign on bonus up to $2500 for qualified candidates possessing a minimum of 2 years automotive franchise dealer service advising experience

What You'll Do:

Serve as the friendly, knowledgeable link between customers and our service department. Greet customers, schedule appointments, and clearly document vehicle concerns. Communicate repair recommendations, warranty information, and pricing in a professional and transparent way. Coordinate with technicians and parts staff to ensure efficient and accurate repairs. Keep customers informed throughout the service process to ensure an exceptional experience. Process payments, warranty claims, and maintain detailed service records. Strive for top-tier customer satisfaction and uphold Paramount's reputation for excellence.

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience as a Service Writer, Advisor, or similar automotive role (preferred). Strong communication and organizational skills. Basic automotive knowledge and a passion for helping customers. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced dealership environment. Proficiency with CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, or similar DMS software is a plus. Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
