Licensed Insurance Agent/Customer Service Representative

Job Overview:

We are seeking a positive, motivated and results-driven Licensed Insurance CSR to join our service team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting walk-in clients, call-ins and electronic requests. You will be a member of our service team that supports all of our five locations.

Duties:

• Answer high volume of calls to agency and service the needs of the call
• Establish client relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.

Experience:

• Proven 3 years work experience as an Licensed CSR
• Prior experience in customer service is preferred We are looking for a team member to join us on being the best insurance agency ever by providing excellent customer service.

Job Types:

$45,000.00
