Delivery Driver/Customer Service

Duties Safely operate various vehicles including box trucks and drivers to deliver goods across designated routes efficiently. Plan and follow optimized delivery routes to maximize efficiency and punctuality. Interact professionally with customers during deliveries, addressing inquiries, providing excellent service, and ensuring satisfaction. Maintain accurate delivery documentation, logs, and reports for each trip. Conduct routine vehicle inspections before and after shifts to ensure safety standards are met; report any maintenance issues promptly. Assist in warehouse activities when not on the road, including inventory management and moving stock as needed. Skills Proven experience in delivery driving, courier services, or route driving with a focus on customer service excellence. Strong background in warehouse operations, including heavy lifting, moving, and equipment handling such as forklifts and pallet jacks. Knowledge of safety procedures related to heavy lifting, load securing, and vehicle operation. Excellent communication skills to provide friendly customer service and coordinate effectively with team members. Ability to adapt quickly to changing routes or schedules while maintaining professionalism under pressure.

Pay:

$12.00 - $14.00 per hour
