Responsibilities Warmly greet and assist customers in person, over the phone, and via email to ensure a positive experience Provide clear information about products and services, helping customers select the best options for their needs Promptly and professionally address customer questions, concerns, or complaints Accurately maintain records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback Collaborate with team members to deliver consistent, high-quality service Drive the company van to deliver orders to customers homes as needed, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Customer-focused attitude with the ability to handle challenging situations diplomatically Strong organizational and time-management abilities Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Experience in customer service or a related field is preferred, but not required Compensation Hourly pay starting at $13-15 per hour , with opportunities for increases based on performance and experience.
