Office Administrator / Customer Service Representative Luxe Mechanicals
  • Indian Trail, NC Luxe Mechanicals is looking for a motivated and organized individual to join our growing team in an office position.
We are a fast-paced HVAC company looking for someone who is dependable, professional, and comfortable working with customers and computers daily. ###
Responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers
  • Schedule service calls and appointments
  • Dispatch technicians to jobs
  • Handle customer communication and follow-ups
  • Create and manage invoices and billing
  • Enter customer and job information into company software
  • Assist with office organization and daily administrative tasks
  • Work alongside management to help keep operations running smoothly ###
Requirements:
  • Strong computer skills
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable transportation and punctuality
  • Professional attitude and appearance ### Preferred Experience (Not Required):
  • QuickBooks experience
  • Dispatching experience
  • Billing and invoicing experience
  • Experience using ServiceTitan (big plus) ###
Schedule:
  • Monday through Friday
  • 8:30 AM
  • 5:00 PM ###
