Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Guest Service Representative to join our hospitality team from 8am to 4pm partime on Friday and Saturday, and one other night shift (12am-8am). In this vital role, you will be the friendly face and helpful voice that creates a welcoming environment for our guests. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will ensure each guest experiences exceptional service, whether they are checking in, seeking assistance, or enjoying our amenities. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in hospitality management, guest relations, and customer service within a hospitality setting. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love making guests feel valued, we want to hear from you! The position is on a set schedule, offering 24 hours weekly, Friday & Saturday 8a-4pm, and 1 other night (3rd) shift 12am-8am on Mondays. If these days do not fit your schedule, other days may be discussed during interview. If a fulltime position is desired, crosstraining in housekeeping for a full 40 hours is available as well. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide prompt, courteous assistance throughout their stay Manage front desk operations including check-in/check-out procedures with efficiency and professionalism Handle multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, addressing inquiries and reservations confidently Assist guests with their needs by providing information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities Maintain accurate records of guest stays, reservations, and billing details while ensuring data privacy Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms meet quality standards Support guest relations by resolving issues promptly and ensuring a positive experience at all touchpoints Experience Previous experience in hotel front desk operations is a plus Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs effectively Familiarity with hospitality management software and multi-line phone systems is beneficial Experience working in a similar hospitality environment is a plus Excellent communication skills with a professional demeanor and positive attitude Join our team to deliver outstanding hospitality experiences! Pay:
