Assist clients in scheduling appointments and follow-ups for veterinary services. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, appointments, and pet health information. Collaborate with veterinary staff to ensure seamless communication regarding patient care and treatment plans. Handle sensitive situations with compassion, including discussing critical care options for pets. Stay informed about veterinary terminology and procedures to provide accurate information to clients. Support the team in maintaining a clean and organized environment in accordance with aseptic techniques. Qualifications Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred. Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly and empathetically. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
