What You'll Be Doing When things are running smoothly, our leaders are: ✅ Engaging with customers, connecting and letting them know how much we appreciate them! ✅ Loading vehicles onto the conveyor ✅ Greeting customers at the pay stations (including sales) ✅ Helping in the vacuum area, wiping down cars, and helping customers ✅ Keeping the site stocked and ready—trash emptied, towels prepped, and everything running clean and smooth ✅ Encouraging and supporting the team so we all deliver a great experience But let's be real—not every day goes perfectly. Sometimes equipment breaks, technology glitches, a customer has a concern, or we're short-staffed. That's when leaders step up. We're looking for someone who can stay calm, troubleshoot issues, and lead by example to keep things moving forward. What to
Expect:
Fast-paced, outdoor work
  • You'll be on your feet, moving, and getting 10,000-20,000 steps a day. Getting your hands dirty
  • We clean stuff for a living, so we get our hands dirty! Company Culture

  • Address customer concerns calmly and professionally, making sure every customer leaves feeling good about their experience. Equipment & Site Maintenance
  • Keep everything running smoothly by ensuring all equipment is in excellent working condition and the facility always looks top-notch. Hands-on problem solving
  • You'll work with equipment (training provided), troubleshoot tech issues (training provided), and help keep things running smoothly.
