We encourage professional growth and learning and have a great benefits package that reflects this! Job Summary We are looking for a dedicated and caring Client Care Representative. Our Client Care Representatives provide the first impression of our hospital to clients and patients. They must be friendly, able to create relationships, professional and courteous, and capable of handling many tasks at once with many interruptions. Job responsibilities Perform opening procedures, clerical tasks involve typing, phone use, computer software use, use of checklists Greet clients and patients in a professional, upbeat and friendly manner Cash handling, credit card processing, client identity protection Reconcile invoices and money at day-end according to protocol- cash handling Maintain medical records and check for completeness, advanced level medical record keeping Answer telephone calls by the 3rd ring Schedule appointments for the best flow for each day, use of deductive logic Schedule boarding and grooming appointments Call & confirm appointments and track no-shows Handle miscellaneous correspondence/faxes/emails/mail/texts Present invoices, receive payment and prepare estimates Assist clients in any way needed (carrying food, pets, etc..) Handle emergency situations with calmness and tact Qualifications and Skills Attention to detail Ability to multitask and take initiative Willingness to be cross trained in all departments Ability to work in stressful situations while making sound decisions Excellent Customer service skills Excellent prioritization and efficiency Must be able to lift patients up to 40 pounds alone, and patients over 50 pounds with assistance Benefits and Perks Pay range starting at $17.00 depending on experience and skill level 401K Medical, Dental, Vision and Supplemental Insurance Paid Time Off Frequent Staff Meals Uniform allowance Employee pet care benefit Professional development Do you love animals and want to make a difference in their lives?
