Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our Harley-Davidson service team. In this vital role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers seeking vehicle maintenance and repair services. Your enthusiasm and mechanical knowledge will help guide customers through their service experience, ensuring they receive accurate assessments and exceptional service. You will coordinate between customers and our skilled technicians to deliver efficient, transparent, and high-quality automotive care. This position offers an exciting opportunity to combine your passion for cars with outstanding customer service skills in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and listen attentively to understand their motorcycle concerns and service needs Explain repair and maintenance procedures clearly, providing detailed estimates using auto estimating tools Coordinate with technicians to prioritize repairs and ensure timely completion of services Write detailed service orders, documenting customer concerns, recommended repairs, parts needed, and labor estimates Manage cash handling transactions accurately while maintaining confidentiality and security Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any additional questions or concerns Requirements Proven dealership experience or background in auto service management is highly preferred Experience working with service writing software and auto estimating tools is a plus Excellent customer service skills Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple customer interactions simultaneously Join our team where your motorcycle expertise meets your passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences!
