We are seeking an Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people and thrives in a detail-oriented environment. In this role, you will assist clients with policy questions, claims support, billing inquiries, and policy changes while helping maintain the high standards our office is known for. Base hourly pay of $18-$22 to start, with performance-based increases and monthly bonus opportunities Mon-Thur 8:30-4:30, Friday 8:30-3 (1pm during summer) must meet 40 hours on days of your choosing Paid holidays and paid time off 401(k) with up to 3%
