Experience:

High School Diploma required Experience in insurance industry and/or customer service Licensed in Property and Casualty Insurance (will help with this) Familiarity/Knowledge of Applied EPIC system is a plus Handle support for commercial and farm policies Ability to identify opportunities for cross-sell and up-sell
