The Customer Service Representative (CSR) serves as the "face of the bank" by providing a superior customer experience to our bank customers in Western's day-to-day business. Position is responsible to provide a positive and impactful impression to our customers through an exceptional, accurate, and efficient customer experience and provide customers solution-based business development and referrals within the bank in accordance to our organizations' vision, core values, and team guidelines. Duties and responsibilities
Customer Transactions:
Handle transactions with customers in person or via the phone, email, and online in an accurate, professional and efficient manner reflective of our vision, core values, and team guidelines and our ability to provide a superior customer experience.
Referrals:
Refer customers to other departments in the bank by looking for opportunities to cross-sell and recognizing customer needs and corresponding solutions.
Standard and Miscellaneous CSR Tasks:
Balance draw on a daily basis, complete required compliance trainings, order supplies, and assist with miscellaneous internal projects. Other duties and responsibilities as needed or assigned. High School Diploma or GED preferred. Previous cash handling experience preferred. This is a full-time position with a full benefit package.
Scheduled hours:
Regular hours are 7:15 a.m. to 4:15 p.m., Monday through Friday . This position also requires availability to work up to two Saturdays per month as needed to support business operations. We are interested in every qualified candidate who is eligible to work in the United States. However, we are not able to provide sponsorship for visa status. In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire.
