CSTOverviewClient Representatives are the main point of contact for all of our clients. They effectively and efficiently resolve all client concerns by closely monitoring issue trends, consistently proposing system improvements, expertly communicating with clients, and strategically delegating to other team members. We value analytical thinking, so you will need to be able to independently reason and make unaided decisions. If you love working with clients, have excellent communication skills, are self-accountable, like to be challenged, and are looking to use your skills in a professional environment, then this position is for you!ResponsibilitiesAs a Client Representative, you will:
Assist clients in all aspects of application and support including troubleshooting, training, and on-going supportTrain and manage high-end client and marketing reports including exception reports, payment notification reports, and weekly status reportsFacilitate recurring client meetingsMaintain internal collaboration with our operational teamsQualifications & Preferred skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to prioritize and manage workExcellent research and problem solving skills with a strong attention to detailTime management and organizationSelf-motivatedAbility to work with urgency
