Job Description

Description:
This Customer Service Representative position handles a variety of tasks related to inside sales and customer service of the Behlen Country product line and its customers. There is focus on taking calls to answer questions customers may have with regards to their orders, shipments, products, and technical questions.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Communicate product information and pricing to customers Communicate specifications, animal use, as well as benefits of the Behlen Country products Communicate order status, estimated delivery schedules, and feasibility of add-ons. Handle end user calls for recommendations and warranty issues. Dealer/customer telephone sales and customer service daily Enter customer orders Process credit memos Maintain customer database and entry into CRM Prepare correspondence and quotations for the various products and customers as required Transmit customer order acknowledgements, PODs, or invoices as necessary Build relationships with customer counterparts. Practice safe working habits and follow safety policy, procedures and Job Safety Analysis (JSA). Ability to work towards continuous improvement of product quality and
ISO 9001
2015.
QUALIFICATIONS
2-year degree preferred Strong telephone customer service skills Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word required. Able to handle a fast-paced team environment Good communication and writing skills. Self-motivated with a strong desire for self-improvement through education and training.
