Job Description

Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our dealership team. The Service Advisor serves as the primary point of contact between customers and the service department, ensuring a seamless experience from vehicle drop-off through delivery. This is a fast-paced, performance-driven role that requires strong communication skills, organization, and the ability to manage multiple priorities throughout the day. Automotive experience needed for this role. We are willing to train the right candidate with strong customer service and sales aptitude. Key Responsibilities Greet customers promptly and professionally Accurately document customer concerns and vehicle information Communicate repair recommendations clearly and confidently Provide cost estimates and secure customer authorization Coordinate workflow with technicians and parts department Provide proactive status updates to customers Review completed repairs and invoices with customers Handle warranty, customer-pay, and internal repair orders Maintain CSI-focused service experience Manage multiple repair orders simultaneously in a high-volume environment
Qualifications Preferred:
Previous automotive service advising experience Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair terminology Experience with dealership management systems (DealerTrack)
