Our agency family is looking for a Customer Service Specialist in our growing, progressive office! The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience: Frequently replenish job-specific knowledge and apply it on the field Contact current and potential clients to create rapport by collecting payments, making changes to policies and various other service activities Collect information from clients in order to offer them the proper solution Frequently replenish job-specific knowledge and apply it on the field Our ideal candidate will be bilingual and licensed in both Property & Casualty as well as Life & Health and have proven experience in a similar position. Good comprehension of insurance plans including automobile, fire, life, property, medical etc. Ability to work with computers in a constantly fast-paced and ever-changing environment. Goal-oriented candidates can expect unlimited earnings potential with the right motivation and skill set. Excellent skills in communication and presentation are an absolute must as well as being able to deliver client-focused solutions and create long-lasting relationships.
