This position plays a key role in both our Parts Department and Service Department, helping customers, supporting technicians, coordinating repair orders, and ensuring an exceptional dealership experience from start to finish. Experience in powersports is helpful, but attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn matter more. We are looking for someone who is dependable, professional, coachable, and ready to grow with a top-performing dealership. What You'll Do Assist customers with parts, accessories, and service needs Write and manager service repair orders accurately Communicate with customers regarding timelines, approvals, and updates Coordinate with technicians to keep workflow efficient Order, receive, and organize parts inventory Process customer payments and invoices Answer phones and assist walk-in customers professionally Maintain clean, organized parts displays and work areas Learn dealership systems and processes quickly Help improve organization, customer experience, and dealership efficiency Support dealership operations wherever needed as part of a team-first culture What We're Looking For Strong communication and customer service skills Organized and detail-oriented mindset Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and willingness to learn Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented Comfortable using computers and software systems Ability to take initiative and solve problems Powersports, automotive, parts, or service experience is preferred but not required Basic mechanical understanding is a plus Ability to lift heavier items when necessary Why Work at Powerhouse?
