This position plays a critical role in supporting policy administration, billing, customer service, and business operations. This role combines both customer service and administrative processing responsibilities in a fast-paced environment where accuracy, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential. Key Responsibilities Assist customers via phone, email, and written correspondence Support new business implementation and policy onboarding Process policy changes and updates Manage billing and premium collection activities Perform account reconciliation and research discrepancies Required Skills High School Diploma or Equivalent Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced work environment Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities Ability to balance phone-based customer interactions with administrative processing work Proficiency with computer systems and technology

Schedule and Pay:

8am-4:45pm

M-F Normal Schedule:

8:45am - 5:30pm M-F Pay is $19.50/hour Employees paid weekly!
