Customer Associate Key Responsibilities:

Enter orders, update existing orders , correctly amend or make notes on customer accounts Communicate clearly with customers Provide customers with essential product information Maintain a current working knowledge of product offerings Process sales as needed for customers Build a customer rapport to promote account growth, customer loyalty and long-term customer satisfaction Provide exceptional customer service while communicating with numerous customers throughout the day Verify that customer orders and account requests are accurate Sales Perform other related tasks and duties as assigned

Customer Associate Qualifications:
