Responsibilities Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via chat, email, and social media platforms. Resolve product or service issues by clarifying customer complaints, determining the cause, and offering appropriate solutions. Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and improve service delivery. Stay informed about product updates, company policies, and industry trends to provide accurate information. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services when appropriate. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by sharing customer feedback and insights. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred. Proven experience in customer service, preferably in an online or digital environment. Excellent written communication skills with strong attention to detail. Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Familiarity with customer service software, CRM systems, and online communication tools. Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset. Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure. Flexible schedule to accommodate varying shifts, including evenings and weekends if needed.
