Front Desk Guest Service Representative

Job Summary Cobblestone Inn and Suites in Schuyler, NE, is seeking friendly and professional Front Desk Agents to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive experience from check-in to check-out. We have opportunities for both full-time and part-time positions. Please note that we looking for long term team members and are not considering seasonal workers for this role. We are specifically looking for candidates available for evening and overnight shifts. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly attitude. Check guests in and out efficiently and accurately. Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications using StayNTouch. Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries. Manage and resolve guest complaints in a professional manner. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area. Assist with administrative tasks as needed. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Must be 19 years old or older due to the presence of a bar on the property. Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reservation software ( StayNTouch). Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. Must be available to work flexible hours, specifically evenings and overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays. Preferred Qualifications Experience with StayNTouch reservation software.
