The Role As Service Advisor, you'll act as the key connection between customers, technicians, and the Service Department - ensuring repairs, maintenance, and service solutions are delivered efficiently and professionally. You'll coordinate service workflow, provide repair estimates and maintenance recommendations, keep customers updated throughout the process, and help maximize equipment uptime through proactive service support and preventative maintenance programs. ? What You'll Bring 3-5 years of experience within service advising, service coordination, or heavy equipment service environments Strong mechanical aptitude with knowledge of heavy equipment, aerial lifts, hydraulics, or related machinery Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trust with customers and technicians alike Experience using business systems such as Salesforce or SAP preferred ????
