More About Us We are the region's premier source of compact landscape, construction and snow removal equipment. Our team owns the largest Bobcat dealers in Northern New England. We have one of the largest rental fleets in the region. We offer some of the newest and most advanced equipment including Bobcat's newest Garden Maintenance Equipment (GME). Essential Responsibilities Greet customers and work to build a good customer relationship that creates confidence in the company's products and services. Work with customers to determine service needs. Refer to service history and recommend additional needed service, where appropriate relating to maintenance work, parts and accessories, to ensure complete customer satisfaction. Schedule customers for specific drop off and pick up times. Accurately estimate and document all work and associated charges on the repair order. Confirm how costs will be covered•by customer, through warranty/extended warranty, or company policy. Issue repair order to service technician to get work order completed. Keep customer informed and updated on the repair status of their equipment, including parts on order and status of total cost of the repair. Once completed, verify that quality control audits have been done to ensure completion of the work according to the customer's request. Review and explain repairs and associated costs with customers. Call the customer and arrange for pick up and payment of services. Close work orders in a timely manner. Handle minor customer concerns and complaints and work to provide positive resolution to satisfy the customer. Escalate more complex issues to a Service Supervisor for resolution. Requirements Essentials to be Qualified 1-2 years of experience as a service writer in the equipment, construction or motor vehicle industry or similar experience. Excellent customer service skills. Solid computer proficiency Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong work ethic including being dependable and punctual. Strong computer proficiency and basic math skills. Ability to pass criminal background screening. Meet the physical demands including lifting 15 lbs., sitting, standing, talking, typing and related physical activities.

Pay:
$28•$32 per hour based on experience. Benefits are also part of your total compensation. Benefits enrollment is first of month following 30 days of employment.
