Responsibilities:

Greets all customers promptly and professionally. Obtains current customer information. Clearly enters all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer. Determines and recommends needed maintenance based on age, mileage, and vehicle history. Prepares complete and accurate estimates of the cost for labor and parts repairs. Photographs critical findings and unit condition on drop-off and pickup. Recommend needed repairs as found from the vehicle inspection report and technician's findings. Monitors the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, updating customers frequently. Verifies that the final invoice reconciles with work performed on the repair order. Explains all completed work and charges to customers. Navigate OEM Dealer portals for service and parts information. Job Requirements Basic computer & internet skills Excellent communication skills High school diploma or GED Entry-level position; Experience is a plus Professional appearance and work ethic Ability to read and comprehend instructions Be able to stand, bend, kneel, squat, and lift heavy objects as needed Starting pay range is $17-$21, depending on experience!
