What You'll Do:
Engage Guests:
Call assigned leads and connect with guests during their stay to schedule In-Tours/FL-Tours.
Promote Experiences:
Work shifts at Resort Check-In, engaging with owners/guests to book them for presentations.
Exceed Goals:
Achieve and surpass performance metrics while contributing to team success.
Stay Organized:
Complete and submit daily and weekly reports to the In-House Marketing Manager.
Support Operations:
Assist with additional duties and company initiatives as assigned. What You Bring to the
Team:
High school diploma or equivalent required. At least 6 months of experience in sales or customer service (preferred). Knowledge of the timeshare industry and customer service fundamentals is a plus. Proficiency in MS Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate at all organizational levels. Why choose us?
