Porsche Nashua , part of the Lyon-Waugh Auto Group, is searching for positive, driven individual to join our diverse team as Full-Time BDC Representative . Schedule:
Monday-Saturday, with one scheduled weekday off
Compensation:
Base hourly rate & monthly bonus structure
What You'll Be Doing:
Welcome clients in person at the desk or on the phone Schedule and coordinate sales appointments, test drives, vehicle consultations, deliveries, and service appointments. Respond to sales calls and digital inquiries promptly, professionally, and with a focus on creating the next step in the client journey. Make outbound calls for appointment reminders, missed appointments declined services and upcoming maintenance Assist clients with common questions and direct them to appropriate personnel Contact clients with open recalls, campaigns, special order parts Proactively manage client portfolios to identify new sales opportunities, including current owners who may be ready to upgrade, replace, add a vehicle, or explore a new Porsche. Utilize CRM and portfolio-management tools to identify clients with upcoming lease or finance maturities, ownership milestones, equity opportunities, and other relevant purchase triggers. Partner with the sales team to develop opportunities from previous clients, unsold prospects, service clients, and other areas of the dealership's client base.
