Key Responsibilities As a Client Service Representative, you will play a vital role in the client experience by: Greeting pet parents in a friendly, compassionate, and helpful way Answer incoming phone calls to provide details and expectations to inquiring individuals Process registration forms and other associated documents for all visits Communicate invoice and payment option information to pet owners while completing the check out process Support the hospital team to deliver high quality and compassionate care for the duration of their visit Complete various administrative duties from scanning records, to emailing patient visit information What We're Looking For Previous experience in a veterinary hospital setting preferred, but not required Ability to multi-task while remaining calm in a busy setting Outstanding communication and organizational skills Dependability Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
