Client Services Representative

Essential Responsibilities Verify health insurance information and enter details into electronic billing system Meet with patients at their intake appointment to review and explain administrative paperwork Process internal referrals for additional services Review account balances with patients as needed Set up patient payment plans and collect balances owed Assist patients with their insurance benefit questions Address client statement inquires Qualifications Minimum of High School Diploma. Experience in a medical setting with strong telephone and organizational skills are a must. Familiarity with MS Word and Excel. Ability to communicate with peers, work independently as well as on a team and multi-tasking skills are essential. Experience working in an electronic medical record is a plus. Must excel in handling high stress situations, as well as the ability to deal with all types of personalities. Must also have valid Driver's License.
