We're looking for a Customer Service Banker who thrives on creating a welcoming environment, building trusted relationships, and delivering a positive banking experience. As a Customer Service Banker, you'll support customers with everyday banking needs, while helping to connect them with the products and services that best support their financial goals. Starting pay begins at $23.58 per hour and is negotiable based on level of experience What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED Minimum one year experience in customer service and/or cash handling role Experience utilizing software applications to perform customer service duties Strong interpersonal and organizational skills Must be able to work rotating Saturdays Ability to travel between branch locations as needed Prior bank teller transaction knowledge a plus but not required What You'll Do Maintain a working knowledge of banking products and services while promoting them to the customer Demonstrate an openness and willingness to switch between the teller and customer service positions as the needs arise Complete individual and business account deposit/withdrawal transactions, account opening and maintenance activities including checking, savings and time deposits Provide a professional customer service experience while obtaining new business opportunity referrals through needs based inquiry Responds to questions and resolve problems or concerns for customers effectively and efficiently Physical Requirements This role is performed in a branch environment and requires regular standing and movement, visual and manual dexterity to operate office equipment, occasional handling of up to 40 pounds, and some bending and lifting. Independent travel to other branches or locations may be required.
