Salary Range:

Bonus Aggressive Commissions Sales Contests/Prizes Requirements Licensing:

Must hold an active Property & Casualty or Personal Lines Insurance License in the state of New Jersey.

Experience:

Minimum of 1-2 years in insurance sales in property and casualty insurance.

Communication Skills:

Strong verbal and written communication techniques, capable of engaging potential clients effectively.

Customer Service:

Demonstrated commitment to providing excellent customer service and understanding client needs.

Team Collaboration:

Ability to collaborate with team members to achieve agency goals.

Reliability:

Consistent attendance and punctuality is essential for this on-site position.

Tech Proficiency:

Familiarity with insurance software and CRM systems is beneficial.

Responsibilities Client Consultation:

Engage with clients to understand their property and casualty insurance needs, providing personalized advice and solutions.

Policy Management:

Accurately maintain and update client records, ensuring all information is current and correct.

Sales:

Product Knowledge:
