Short Description Responsible for daily management of orders for all client support services to include the reconciliation of the daily client collection list. Coordinates with phlebotomist proper and complete forms necessary for off-campus/client activities. Communicates with and assists with all physician/ patient/client needs. Processes requisitions and scripts, order entry/specimen submission, courier services, technical inquires, and the dispatching of phlebotomists both on and off campus. General duties to include confidential patient information, report filing, logging, faxing, telephones and light typing. Experience Required Previous computer experience preferred Good communication and customer services skills. Experience with LOS client support services, Epic, Sunquest, LIS and COPIA System user activity. Pleasant and professional attitude, including well developed interpersonal skills. Ability to make progress on multiple assignments under time constraints. Education Requirements High school graduate or GED. Salary Min ($) USD $16.50 Salary Max ($) USD $24.00
