Temporary Customer Service Representative (Related experience required)

This is a 4-8 week position replacing a person who will be out for that period of time. We are a successful and expanding Carlstadt manufacturing and distribution company looking for an experienced customer service representative. The right candidate will be prompt, reliable, warm, friendly, and a team player. This position includes various office and customer related functions from answering the phone and taking customer orders to scanning documents and filing to various other office projects. This candidate must be able to thrive and maintain focus in a fast-paced work environment.

Responsibilities of Customer Service Representative:

• MUST have excellent customer service skills
• MUST have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Basic computer skills and be willing to learn new computer software programs
• Be able to learn by observation and hands-on experience
• Have effective communication skills with coworkers, management, and customers
• Be open to learning new things and applying them quickly

Monday to Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30

Based on experience
