This role is vital in ensuring seamless communication between clients, drivers, and internal departments, supporting efficient supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, organizational abilities, and familiarity with transportation management systems to deliver exceptional service and operational support. Duties Manage incoming customer inquiries via multi-line phone systems, ensuring professional phone etiquette and effective communication. Coordinate vehicle dispatching using vehicle dispatch software and transportation management systems such as Oracle Transportation Management. Assist with shipping & receiving processes, including data entry and documentation accuracy. Support transportation planning and logistics operations by utilizing GIS, GPS, and fleet management tools to optimize routing and scheduling. Maintain internal communication channels to relay information between departments, drivers, and clients efficiently. Ensure compliance with DOT regulations during dispatching and transportation activities. Track freight movement, update transportation management systems, and provide analysis for operational improvements. Support supply chain functions related to road transportation operations, including vehicle dispatching and fleet management tasks. Perform administrative duties such as organizing schedules, managing documentation, and assisting with shipping & receiving activities. Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for data entry and reporting tasks. Experience with transportation management systems (TMS), Oracle Transportation Management preferred. Knowledge of

GIS, GPS

technology, and vehicle dispatch software to support routing and fleet management. Strong understanding of freight logistics, shipping & receiving procedures, and supply chain principles. Familiarity with DOT regulations governing road transportation operations. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently. Strong analysis skills for evaluating transportation data and optimizing logistics processes. Effective communication skills for handling customer calls via multi-line phone systems and internal communication channels. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail in data entry and dispatching tasks.
