Helping Hands Reports to the Garden Center Sales Coordinator Provide the highest level of customer service to the Farm customers Competence in knowing which Farm personnel are needed to assist with customer issues Assist customers to their cars helping to unload merchandise when possible Maintain boxes, bags and plastic liner rolls for customers packaging Remove garbage bags when full and refill. Pick up plastic recyclable container and stack in back inventory area Keep selling carts and parking lot neat, organized and stocked Assist Merchandiser with setting up displays of merchandise and plants Resolve all customer complaints and problems efficiently ensuring client satisfaction All other duties as assigned by supervisor
