Currently seeking Customer Service English/Spanish to fill an opening for a company in Mine Hill, NJ. The ideal candidate should have two years + of Customer Service experience. Requirements of the
Previous experience in Customer Service or another related field.
Ability to build rapport with clients.
Positive and professional demeanor.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Must be bilingual in English/Spanish. Benefits of the

Customer Service:
Attention to detail, strong follow-up, and follow-through on verbal and written directions.Previous experience in Customer Service or another related field.

Handle customer inquiries and complaints through email and phoneProvide information about the products and services.Document and update customer records based on interactions.
