What Action Plumbing Needs From You:

Answering phones and emails Inputting new work orders into the system for dispatch Communicating with customers to answer questions and provide job statuses Working with all departments Data entry

Qualifications :

Organization, strong multitasking skills, and a quick learner Dependable, friendly, and confident individual Detail-oriented and excellent memory Strong decision-maker Past customer service experience preferred Action Plumbing determines compensation based on the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $22 to $25/hr. Pay is based on a number of factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
